PDR Series Right Angle Planetary Gearbox

The new PD series planetary gearbox is a precision rotary flange output servo compatible speed reducer. The PD series is an more economical version of the high performance AD Series. Based on)the PII Series gearbox design, the PD series is a straight cut planetary gear design that offers a rotary flange for turn tables, end effectors, tool changers and robotic arms, at a more cost effective level.

right angle version that turns the corner with a precision ground spiral bevel gear for the highest performance accuracy and smoothness, with low noise.

The PD and PDR series gearboxes are available in 4 frame sizes - 53, 64, 90, and 110 mm. Both the inline and right angle versions are available in ratios of 3 -100:1 with accuracy down to less than 6 arc minutes for in line and less than 10 arc minutes for right angle. Efficiencies range from 93-97% for in lines and 90-94% for right angles. The input has the ability to accept a wide range of motor size and is tailored to accept your specific motor.
